Job Description
Your role
Responsibilities include:
Help resolve software and technical questions for the customer/user efficiently and effectively. This includes support for Windows 10 and other Operating Systems such as Linux.
Gather the required information necessary in order to best handle customer software and technical inquiries
Collaborate with Technical Support team members to properly manage customer inquiries and escalate when appropriate.

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in any field, ideally IT related.
Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in L1 technical customer/IT support.
Strong Customer service skills
Willingness to learn
Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Business level Japanese and English
Nice to have:
Experience to work with Windows or Linux operating systems
Experience with Active Directory
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Excellent ability to learn and articulate software-related and technical concepts
